TICAVE announced its presence in Cabo Verde with an outstanding premiere production of Mark Norfolk’s topical play Naked Soldiers on Stage 1 at Africa’s most important international theatre festival, Mindelact. Situated in the city of Mindelo on the beautiful island of Sao Vicente, the festival in its 28th year hosted over 40 theatrical, dance and music shows from all over the world. TICAVE founder and lead actor Bernardino T Fernandes spoke with reporters after the performance and was joined by the writer and director, Mark Norfolk as they shared their plans for the project.
